Every golfer has heard how important Flexibility, Mobility, and Core Stability are to Golf Performance. This is the class that will address ALL of these areas! You will learn dynamic and active mobility/flexibility techniques proven to increase range of motion, as well as stabilization exercises dedicated to improving core, shoulder and hip musculature stability and endurance—all vital to a strong, healthy Golf Swing. This high-energy group golf training class provides a great learning environment for students to improve their golf swing and increase Club Head Speed, in a group setting, at an affordable price…while having fun! The Speedball is used by, among many others, the number 5 player on the PGA Tour.
Speedball training will help you achieve:
· Squareness of the clubface
· Resistance AT IMPACT - Translating to INCREASED DISTANCE and ACCURACY!!

HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND JUNIOR GOLF TRAINING

HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE PREP GOLF PERFORMANCE TRAINING

This 4-week program is for the Junior golfer whose goals include aspirations to play successfully at the high school, college and PGA Tour level. This program includes:
· The Titleist Performance Institute’s 2d and 3d Swing Evaluation
· Physical assessment
· Web-based program design
· 2 weekly group training sessions
· 3 educational seminars (parents are encouraged to attend) covering the following topics --nutrition, injury prevention, and how to improve your chances of getting a college scholarship.

ROTARY SPEED DEVELOPMENT FOR JUNIOR GOLF

This class is offered to Junior Golfers, ages 4 –12; Kids will have a great time while developing the fundamentals of becoming a great golfer:
Rotational Speed and core Stabilization

Weight Shift and Balance
Arm and wrist speed
Hand and eye coordination
Proper sports posture
